Estacione Digital is the application created to digitize the rotating parking system in São José do Rio Preto (SP).

This application is integrated with the city's rotating parking fee system, which also includes purchasing credits online as well as at accredited points of sale.

Estacione Digital was developed with usability in mind, aiming to be practical, fast, and secure for users!

How does Estacione Digital work?

• It's simple! Just download the app, register your information and vehicle plate, select and purchase the desired credit amount, and you're all set. With the credits you have, you can validate ticket usage when needed.

How do I register?

• After downloading, open the app and click on the "Sign Up Here" button. Fill in your CPF number, select "I am not a robot," and click Continue. Fill in the registration screen with your personal details, confirm your password, and Save.

How do I register a vehicle in the app?

• Access the side menu and choose Vehicle Registration. Click New (+) and register the desired vehicle plate. You can register as many plates as you want, being able to make changes if necessary through the app.

How do I purchase tickets?

• Access the side menu and choose Ticket Purchase. Select the number of hours and make a purchase using a credit card.

How to use purchased tickets?

• Access the side menu and choose Use Hours. Check the available hours, select the vehicle plate, and click Use. Then simply confirm on the next screen, and the ticket will be validated.

Does the app provide proof of hours used?

• Yes! After confirming hour usage, users will receive a confirmation of receipt at the registered email address.

How to check the history of used tickets?

• Access the side menu and choose Hour Usage History. A usage receipt is logged and available for user reference and tracking.

How will traffic agents enforce parking regulations?

• You do not need to display anything on your windshield to prove that your ticket is active. Traffic agents can verify the vehicle plate through digital verification, all integrated into the Estacione Digital system!

If I have more than one registered vehicle, can I search tickets by plate?

• Yes! Access the side menu and choose Search Ticket by Plate. This feature enables users to check if a selected plate has an active ticket.

Will I receive notifications when my time is about to expire?

• Yes! You will receive two notifications: one when there are 15 minutes left before expiration and another at expiration.
